I'm not getting notified when I travel

Open Settings in the app and check what it says under Location. If it says anything other than “Automatic”, the operating system is not letting Crossed Paths check your country in the background. On Android you usually have to choose “Allow all the time” in system settings rather than in the app.

I'm in the same country as a friend but got nothing

If that country is home for both of you, Crossed Paths stays quiet by default — otherwise it would notify you constantly. You can change that under Notifications. It also waits a while before telling you about the same country twice.

The WhatsApp button doesn't work

That button only works if you are still connected with the person and they have finished verifying their number. It opens WhatsApp with a message ready — nothing is sent until you send it.

Deleting your account

Settings › Delete my account. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
